Commercial HVAC Technician – Premier Mechanical

Join a well-established leader in mechanical services with decades of excellence! We’re seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to maintain and enhance cutting-edge HVAC systems for commercial clients.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, VRF, rooftop units, boilers) using diagnostic tools, schematics, and GSM’s proprietary service protocols.

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and optimize system efficiency for commercial facilities (e.g., offices, retail, schools).

Ensure compliance with EPA standards and local codes; maintain detailed service records via GSM’s digital platforms.

Communicate professionally with clients to explain issues, solutions, and energy-saving recommendations, upholding GSM’s customer-first reputation.

Journeyman HVAC License and EPA Universal Certification required; 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience.

Proficient in reading blueprints, using industry tools, and navigating GSM’s service software; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and commitment to safety (OSHA 10 preferred).
