We're looking for a Plant Engineering Manager who’s ready to lead, innovate, and leave a lasting mark.

💼 What You’ll Own:

• Keep the facility running like a well-oiled machine—optimize, maintain, and modernize equipment and systems.

• Lead engineering projects that enhance safety, quality, and production efficiency.

• Troubleshoot issues with speed and precision to minimize downtime.

• Drive process improvements with an eye on cost, compliance, and sustainability.

📋 What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

• 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proven leadership and management experience.

• Track record of success leading complex engineering projects.

• Bonus if you’ve got Process Engineering chops too.
