Pump Mechanic - Technician

**Qualifications:**
- Outstanding communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proven goal orientation and excellent time management
- Exceptionally detail-oriented in task execution
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects
- Skilled in using test and measuring equipment
- Minimum five years' experience with high-speed rotating equipment repairs
- Proficient with hand tools; basic computer skills preferred
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted and 100 lbs. with assistance
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Must pass background checks, reference checks, and drug tests
**Responsibilities:**
- Disassemble and inspect high-speed rotating equipment
- Follow strict safety procedures and handle material safely
- Perform precision measurements and maintain critical mechanical dimensions
- Compile detailed condition reports
- Communicate effectively with customers and shop management
- Order required repair parts
- Assemble, install, align with laser optics, and test serviced equipment
- Diagnose on-site issues and ensure smooth equipment operation
- Maintain care of company vehicles, tools, and machinery
- Execute additional duties as assigned
