**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in electrical or HVAC installation
- Strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and construction drawings
- Experience with HVAC controls or BAS installations is a plus
- Preferred experience with Niagara-based control systems
- Understanding of low-voltage wiring and NEC guidelines
- Familiarity with control systems such as Johnson Controls, Honeywell, or Trane
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, conduit benders, and test instruments
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
