Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE License, or EIT Certificate and 3-10 years of experience in civil site design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
