Electrical Estimator
Business is booming at this highly reputable electrical contractor in the Philadelphia suburbs. We need an Electrical Estimator with the following experience.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the electrical contracting arena as an Estimator.
- Material takeoffs, cost estimates, monitor raw material prices.
- Job visit experience.
- Projects are commercial, industrial, medical, and hospitality.
- Obtain approvals on drawings, design calculations, materials.
- Experience negotiating and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
- Vendor and supplier negotiation experience.
- Estimating for change order requests.
- Excellent team leadership ability and can interact with clients.
