Sr. Manager, Workforce Management – Contact Center
Location: Katy, TX | Full-Time
A high-growth retail and e-commerce operation is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Workforce Management to lead forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations across a large-scale contact center (200+ agents).
What You’ll Do:

Lead WFM strategy across multiple channels and locations
-
Oversee forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management
-
Manage and develop a workforce team (manager + analyst)
-
Drive productivity and service level improvements using data
-
Play a key role in long-term planning and WFO systems
What We’re Looking For:
-
8+ years of WFM experience, 4+ years in leadership
-
Strong contact center background (retail/e-comm a plus)
-
Skilled in forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and analysis
-
Comfortable configuring WFM tools (AI/WFO experience a plus)
-
Excellent communicator and team builder
