Business Development Specialist (Law Firm)

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM Law Firm seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data related to client demographics, practice areas, and emerging market opportunities to inform business development strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of business development plans and strategies, working closely with attorneys and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with attorneys and marketing personnel to craft compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or analytics, preferably in a law firm required
- 1+ years of Competitive Intelligence experience required.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
