**Key Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in using CAD systems for layout and fabrication drawings of Plumbing, HVAC, and Process Systems.
- Experience in clash detection during project coordination.
- Ability to attend and support coordination meetings effectively.
- Competence in interpreting architectural, structural, and multi-level mechanical layouts.
- Skill in managing project communication and preparing detailed Bills of Material.
- Thorough understanding of applicable plumbing, process, or power piping codes.
- Familiar with Autodesk AEC Collection, Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Excellent ability to identify and resolve coordination issues independently.
- Strong skills in reviewing and implementing equipment submittals into layouts.
