**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in programming Building Automation Systems.
- Skilled in Direct Digital Control (DDC) code creation and modification.
- Experience with trend logs, zone controls, alarms, and reports.
- Competence in block or line programming.
- Ability to verify DDC control component functionality.
- Knowledge in the commissioning of control systems.
- Skill in executing field changes and updating databases and programs.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for software-related component issues.
- Excellent communication skills for interactions with both internal teams and external customers.
