Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of ground‑up residential builds—from design through close‑out
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, cash flow projections, and risk plans
- Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, consultants, permitting, inspections, and site logistics
- Enforce quality, safety standards, and local code compliance
- Produce monthly reports for stakeholders (cost, schedule, safety, contingency status)
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience managing ground‑up residential projects in NYC
- Proficiency with PM software (Procore/Bluebeam/Excel)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
