- Experience in electrical or controls installation to lead the execution of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field, or equivalent in experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years managing construction projects.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with subcontractors and drive project progress.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and operating systems.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and tackle challenges on-site.
- A safety-first approach, with an emphasis on quality and schedule adherence.
