Senior Appellate Paralegal
120-140K, Hybrid
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM 100 Law Firm seeking a Senior Specialist Paralegal to join their team.
Candidate must have strong appellate experience, as well as 9+ years’ litigation experience and at least 6+ years’ appellate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting, editing, and formatting of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence to clients, opposing parties, and the court.
- Summarize and organize findings for use by attorneys.
- Assist with the preparation of legal arguments and case strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Paralegal experience in a large to mid size law firm.
- 9+ years Litigation experience preferred.
- 6+ years of Appellate experience.
- Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
