**Key Qualifications:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience with control and mechanical systems related to HVAC.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and engineering drawing tools.
- Skilled in interpreting control drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Experienced with system designs using direct digital controls and automation systems.
- Knowledgeable in energy management, HVAC systems, and temperature controls.
- Prefer experience with Alerton Controls and Tridium Niagara AX.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.
