Electrical Controls Technician
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical control systems, with a focus on servo motors and FANUC robotics, to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Install and maintain PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, VFDs, and related control systems.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, including motors, transformers, and switchgear.

Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Perform preventive maintenance and calibrate control instruments.

Integrate and troubleshoot servo motor systems.

Program and maintain FANUC robotic systems, ensuring seamless integration with automation processes.
Qualifications:

Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience with industrial control systems.

Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with servo motor systems and FANUC robotics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
