BIM Manager
Leading MEP Firm has a red-hot need for a top-notch BIM Manager.
Job Description and Duties:
- 5-25+ years’ experience working as a BIM Coordinator for an MEP Firm.
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical design experience.
- Set up and maintain Revit models for MEP CAD drawings .
- Experience setting up pdf files, printing quality control for the CAD Department.
- Draft mark-ups for Project Managers.
- Maintain project files and do software installs and upgrades.
- Construction site visits and surveys
- Proficient with Revit or AutoCAD
- Coordinate with architects and engineers for compliance Documentation of all shop & project drawings
- Team player with good communication skills.
