Team Lead Electrical Controls Engineer - Ignition SCADA
Mission Critical / Data Center experience strongly preferred!

**Qualifications:**
- BSEE or BSME Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience in Industrial Control Systems.
- Expertise in PLC-based control, HMI, and SCADA systems including Inductive Automation (Ignition), Rockwell, Wonderware, or Schneider.
- Over 10 years of industry experience, with 7 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Mastery in technical disciplines like electrical, mechanical, and controls.
- Proficient in risk management, mitigation practices, and budget management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong customer relationships.
- Experience in matrix leadership and working with diverse teams across various locations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements while maintaining a high level of employee morale.
- Proven leadership in challenging project environments and exceptional communication skills.
**Physical Demands and Requirements:**
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Capacity to work beyond standard hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds following OSHA standards.
