Loyalty Credit Card Marketing Manager
Location: Houston, TX (On-site)
We’re seeking a Loyalty Credit Card Marketing Manager to drive strategic execution and performance of a high-impact retail credit card program. In this cross-functional role, you’ll lead marketing campaigns aimed at cardholder acquisition and engagement while aligning initiatives with broader loyalty strategies.
What You’ll Do:

Lead end-to-end marketing execution for a large-scale credit card program.

Build and manage a strategic marketing calendar to drive acquisition and usage.

Own campaign briefing, planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.

Collaborate with internal teams and external bank partners to ensure seamless integration across paid media, owned channels, and in-store experiences.

Support budget tracking, forecasting, and financial planning for all marketing-related initiatives tied to the credit program.

Oversee compliance, creative development, and internal communications/training for cardholder engagement.
What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in B2B credit, loyalty, or retail marketing.

Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience in large-volume retail or consumer marketing preferred.
