**Key Qualifications:**
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Over 5 years in electrical project management, especially in commercial/industrial sectors.
- Strong expertise in NEC codes, electrical construction, and safety standards.
- Adept at overseeing subcontractors, labor teams, and managing vendor interactions.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- PMP certification or electrical contractor license is a plus.
