Finance Transformation Manager
Hybrid Schedule
Our client is an industry leader and is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager with over 4 years of accounting experience to lead financial analysis, technical accounting tasks, and operational enhancements. This role supports reporting, valuations, and automation projects, offering a hybrid work model after initial training.
Responsibilities

Perform quarterly and annual valuations for assets and investments, applying methods like cash flow projections and market multiples.

Draft technical accounting documents on topics such as asset impairments and segment reporting, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP.

Contribute to monthly and quarterly financial close processes, focusing on reporting and controls.

Drive process optimization initiatives, identifying efficiencies and implementing automation solutions.

Support special financial projects, including audits and strategic analyses, as directed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

4+ years of accounting experience; Big 4 audit or consulting background highly valued.

CPA certification preferred.

Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with valuation techniques.

Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial controls.

Exceptional analytical, time-management, and communication skills, with ability to handle tight deadlines.

Proactive approach to process improvement and adaptability.
