As our Sales Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of driving high-value solutions in commercial automation, working with clients to deliver smarter systems that save energy, reduce costs, and future-proof their operations. What You’ll Be Doing:

Cultivating new business relationships and managing existing client accounts across various commercial and institutional markets

Providing expert consultation and estimating for Building Automation and HVAC Controls solutions

Partnering with engineering and project management teams to craft custom BAS proposals

Leveraging platforms like Honeywell, Tridium/Niagara, and others to develop compelling, high-performance system strategies

Utilizing Salesforce to manage leads, pipeline, and forecasting
What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

5+ years of success in Building Automation or HVAC Controls sales

Experience estimating controls or MEP trade packages
-
Proficiency in major BAS platforms (Honeywell, Tridium, etc.)

Strong communication, client-facing, and presentation skills
-
Tech-savvy with Salesforce and MS Office

A proactive mindset and passion for innovation and smart tech
