**Qualifications:**
- Solid experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
- At least 5 years in structural drafting.
- High School Diploma; advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work overtime when necessary
