Senior Accountant

As the Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in improving processes and impacting the bottom line by understanding our business and working closely with Operations. This position offers an entrepreneurial-minded individuals to provide leadership and guidance in a progressive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly financial close and prepare financial statements for assigned locations
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Develop and manage annual financial budgets and periodic financial projections
- Prepare detailed budget vs. actual and income/expenditure reports
- Perform rate analysis, cost reviews, and identify areas for cost efficiency
- Manage accounting data flow to and from remote operations
- Analyze internal controls and operating performance; present cost-reduction recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or MBA strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills—both written and interpersonal
