**Qualifications:**
- Minimum five years’ experience in related fields, with a focus on bridge design and transportation structures
- Bachelor's in civil engineering required; Master’s in structural engineering preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, MicroStation, and structural analysis tools
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with IDOT and ISTHA design standards is a plus
