Building Automation Project Manager

**Qualifications:**
- At least 5 years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Familiarity with Automated Logic Controls, Tridium Niagara, and Distech Controls is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical abilities and leadership qualities.
- Proven time management skills to handle multiple clients effectively.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical systems, building automation/controls, boilers, air conditioning, and/or chillers.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in energy management, building commissioning, and/or systems diagnostics/troubleshooting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee BAS projects to support the growth of the controls department.
- Report directly to the Director of Building Automation Systems.
- Lead project teams to achieve departmental and financial goals.
- Timely escalation of issues encountered during projects.
- Prepare estimates for BAS construction jobs and change orders.
- Manage resources and materials for project success.
- Coordinate within and across divisions to ensure effective scheduling and project completion.
- Participate in sales presentations to prospective clients as required.
- Attend and facilitate BAS project meetings.
- Engage with relevant professional organizations.
Enjoy a full-time role with a salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 per year and benefits including dental, health, and vision insurance. Work schedule is Monday to Friday.
