Senior Project Manager (Commercial Construction)
Construction Management- General Construction- GC/CM
Commercial Construction company focused on delivering large commercial projects within the local DE/PA/NJ area is actively seeking to add an experienced senior project manager to the staff. Large scale ground-up, renovation, and addition commercial construction project experience are required. Hospital, healthcare, hospitality, higher education, schools, institutional, academia, and corporate office building type project experience.

Requirements:
- Approximately ten (10) years or more of commercial experience
- Experience managing large multi-million-dollar projects in the ~$5-25+ million range
- Relevant commercial project experience required (Hospital, healthcare, hospitality, higher education, schools, institutional, academia, and corporate office building type project experience)
- Ground Up experience desired
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
- College Degree desired, NOT required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or relevant degree)
- Projects are based in the local DE/PA/NJ tristate area
