Job Details:
Lead Structural Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Lead structural design for commercial buildings, wastewater treatment facilities, and civil/industrial infrastructure projects
- Oversee project management from design through construction, including budgeting, site visits, and document preparation
- Manage the design of low-rise buildings, concrete tanks, and other structures
- Perform quality assurance and control procedures on projects
- Provide support during the bidding and construction phases, including site visits and contractor coordination
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate across multiple teams using Bluebeam and Microsoft Teams
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in structural engineering
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam, and Revit; familiarity with STAAD, Tekla, and other design tools is a plus
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
