Job Details:
Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift 2-10:30pm)
Solid, family owned local chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift Only) - Full time
Responsibilities:
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and address equipment issues quickly to maintain workflow.
- Preventive Care: Perform routine maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, including LOTO and ergonomics.
- Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift safely as needed.
- Documentation: Log completed work and shift notes in our digital system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in general maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Certification: Trade school graduate
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, familiarity with tools, and ability to work independently and as a team
- Physical Readiness: Capable of lifting 55 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions (indoor, outdoor, confined spaces)
