Inside Sales Engineer – Customer Support Engineer
- Identifies and processes customer orders and responds to customers’ inquiries and questions for HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies via e-mail, text, phone, and over the counter.
- Maintains knowledge of HVAC products, offerings, and promotions to ensure customer confidence and continued desire to partner with Havtech Commercial Distribution over our competition.
- HVAC Industry experience is strongly preferred
- Proven track record with inside sales and superior customer service skills, particularly in managing challenging customers and their concerns.
- Execute sales with high accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Able to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve potential customer problems and company adherence to policies.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of an emergency on-call service rotation.
- Responsible for processing customer quotes and orders, answering technical questions about our product, suggestively selling, upselling, or cross-selling products, and providing exceptional customer service
- Responsible for sales, inventory, purchasing, pricing, and warranty administration.
