We are seeking a skilled Patent Agent to join our Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment. We’re looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise and a passion for intellectual property law.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical engineering, software engineering, and computer science-related fields.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients on patent filings and portfolio strategy.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
- 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
- Technical expertise in areas like AI, data science, machine learning, network security, and RF circuitry.
- USPTO admission required.
