**Key Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma and a technical/trade school certificate in refrigeration or relevant areas.
- Advanced OEM training for equipment start-up and service.
- Desired experience in CO2 Refrigeration.
- Completed safety and equipment training; EPA and OSHA 10-hour certifications are mandatory.
- Demonstrable customer service skills with a strong learning drive.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% locally within the service area using a company vehicle.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Familiarity with operating lulls, scissor lifts, and forklifts.
- Enjoy preparing service reports and using tech platforms for service tickets.
