Lead Structural Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead our Structural Engineering department. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage a dynamic team and drive innovative solutions across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Structural Engineering department to ensure high standards in design and project execution.
- Oversee planning, analysis, and design of structural systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Mentor and provide professional development opportunities for the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in business development activities and client engagement.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Stay current with advancements in structural engineering and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); SE license preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical expertise in structural analysis and design.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Business development experience a plus.
