**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Conversational proficiency in English to follow instructions, ensure safety, and communicate effectively.
- 0-5 years of experience in controls system design, commissioning, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience with major PLC systems (e.g., Rockwell, Square D, Siemens) and industrial networks (e.g., ControlNet, DeviceNet).
- Skilled in supervising field installations and managing electrical subcontractors.
- Capability to ensure project quality, standardization, and timely delivery.
