Geologist Field Lead

**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in geology, hydrology, engineering, or related environmental science from an ABET accredited institution; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 3-10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Eligibility for or possession of PG Certification.
- Completion of 40-hour HAZWOPER training and certification.
- Proficiency in multi-media environmental sampling and familiarity with Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.
- Experience with TDEC VOAP program.
- Willingness and ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; consulting skills are a plus.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- A valid U.S. driver's license.
