**Key Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma required; technical/trade school certificates in refrigeration are a plus.
- Proven experience in commercial refrigeration, preferably within supermarket environments.
- Commitment to safety standards and completing necessary safety training.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive learning attitude.
- Willingness to travel locally up to 90% of the time within the service branch area.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and EPA certification.
- OSHA 10-hour certification required; OEM maintenance training is advantageous.
- Capable of operating equipment such as lulls, scissor lifts, and forklifts, with training provided.
