Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Oversee partner profit allocation and calculate partner compensation
- Manage partner draw and distribution payments, coordinating with Payroll for accuracy
- Track partner movements monthly and ensure compliance with partnership agreements
- Maintain partner paid-in-capital and coordinate bank loans and capital return payments
- Prepare budget and forecast schedules related to partner payments
- Conduct year-end close processes and prepare relevant journal entries
- Support ad-hoc requests related to partner compensation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3-5 years of partnership accounting experience; law firm experience a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with MS Word merge is beneficial
