Engineering Manager (Consulting)
Leading A&E/Consulting firm has an immediate need to add a talented Engineering Manager to their team.
This person MUST COME FROM A SIMILAR ENVIRONMENT AND have the Professional Engineering License (PE)
You will oversee dynamic projects across municipal, private, and industrial market sectors.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage diverse projects, ensuring quality and excellence at every stage.
- Drive business development and expand our presence in Virginia.
- Mentor and build a strong engineering team, fostering both individual and team growth.
- Develop proposals and strategize project approaches, ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
- Evaluate engineering systems and lead technical design efforts for a variety of projects.
- Engage with clients throughout project design and construction phases to ensure their objectives are met.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Experienced in managing and leading multiple engineering disciplines.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with a knack for collaboration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD/Revit experience is a great plus.
- Demonstrated ability to create construction documents and oversee project execution.
