Senior Architect

Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree
- Minimum of 8-25+ years of experience as an Architect working on one or more of the following projects-multi-family, schools, sustainability or housing preservation.
- Proficient with AutoCAD or Revit.
- Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments.
- Review production drawings and specifications
- Shop Drawings review & process.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations.
- US citizen or greencard holder.
- Team player with good communication skills.
