Senior Civil Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead, supervise, and coordinate civil engineering projects. This position involves managing high-visibility projects, overseeing engineering staff, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor professional and technical staff
- Manage project design, development, and delivery
- Prepare contract documents, estimates, reports, and plans
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure project quality, budgets, schedules, and compliance
- Conduct inspections and provide construction management
- Oversee stormwater permit monitoring and technical analysis
- Develop client relationships and assist in business development
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of professional engineering experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Experience with proposal preparation and client interaction
