QUALIFICATIONS:
- HVAC Experience - Controls - Building Automation
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
- Perform diagnostics on automation systems, process controls, mechanical devices, electrical systems and components
- Install, Program, Repair, Replace, Upgrade and Adjust Building Management Systems
- Clean Driving Record
- Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong record of attendance/punctuality
