**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, Planning, or a comparable discipline.
- Relevant certifications such as PE, RLA, PS, AICP, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Over 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer-aided design software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
