Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is a plus)
- Professional license is preferred
- 6+ years of relevant experience in civil/site development projects
- Proven project management experience in land/site development
- Strong technical design skills and knowledge of U.S. design codes
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Local experience in civil engineering projects is preferred
