Manager - Data Modeling
I'm seeking a Manager - Data Modeling for a full-time remote position with a stable and growing company in the Greater Philadelphia area. This is a newly created role that requires someone with a high level of technical Data Modeling experience as well as the people leadership skills that are necessary. Interested candidates should have the following skill set.
- 7+ years in Data Modeling, Data Architecture
- 2+ years Managing a team of Engineers
- Experience working with application development teams to build physical and relational models for OLTP systems
- Experience building Abstract data models
- Very good understanding of Transactional data systems and analytical data systems, including OLAP cubes, star schema, snowflake schema, etc.
- Strong background in data integration, ETL, Large datasets
- Ability to developer strategic plans for data management that align with business goals
