Role:
The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance the firm’s profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the legal market. The ideal candidate will work closely with partners, practice group leaders, and administrative teams to analyze pricing structures, develop proposals, and provide insights that inform decision-making related to client engagements.
Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy Development:
- Create and implement pricing strategies that align with the firm’s strategic goals.
- Evaluate and refine existing pricing models to improve profitability and client satisfaction.

Financial Analysis:
- Conduct analyses of pricing data, market trends, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track and report financial performance related to pricing initiatives.

Training and Education:
- Educate attorneys and staff on pricing strategies and the importance of value-based pricing.
- Develop tools and resources that support the firm's pricing initiatives.

Market Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in client expectations related to pricing and service delivery.
- Conduct market research to benchmark firm practices against competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in pricing, financial analysis, or strategic management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Compensation:
$120-170k+ depending on experience
