**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; Engineering degree preferred
- 5+ years' experience in project management or as a product owner
- Background in manufacturing, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with teams and clients
- Problem-solving and leadership abilities, with motivational skills
- Knowledge of industry codes, standards, and Air Cooled Heat Exchanger technology
- Competency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
