- Expertise in high-speed manufacturing, particularly within the food sector, is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, with flexibility to address plant issues outside of regular hours.
