Survey CAD Technician (LSIT)

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Draft diverse surveys such as Subdivision Plats and Topographic Surveys.
- Prepare Record Drawings derived from Field As-Built Surveys.
- Efficiently collaborate with Project Managers, RPLS, Field Crews, and Clients.
- Construct and manage 3D Surface Models.
- Craft and analyze Legal Descriptions.
- Generate Exhibits and Sketches for various projects.
- Conduct detailed deed and records research.
- Review legal documents and Title Information.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Strong background in Land Surveying.
- Degree from a recognized Technical School or College.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- 3-5 years’ experience in survey drafting.
- Proven ability to draft boundary, topographic, and ALTA/ACSM surveys, among others.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- S.I.T. Certification is a distinct advantage.
