**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in Water Resources / Public Works.
- Hold a Texas E.I.T. License or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
- Proficiency in engineering software, such as ESRI ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, Civil3D, MicroStation, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, InfoWorks ICM, and EPA-SWMM.
