Senior Maintenance Technician
The Senior Maintenance Technician will perform the necessary duties for machine maintenance and troubleshooting systems. Program, install, repair, and maintain equipment in a manufacturing setting.
Duties
- Install fixtures, motors, and other electrical equipment, as necessary.
- Troubleshoot machine controls, motors, equipment, and associated wiring.
- Repair lighting and power circuitry, and associated equipment.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
- Maintain and repair building systems: HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, etc.
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s)
- Proficient in wiring 480VAC cabinets, mechanical, electrical, electronics, and low voltage systems.
- Complete required records for work performed.
- Perform planned maintenance inspections, as required.
- Maintain equipment to ensure maximum reliability.
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures, repair all plant equipment, as necessary.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and procedures followed.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting technical mechanical drawings, electrical control schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Proficient in using a wide range of hand and power tools
CMRP Certification – Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional – HVAC Certification – Building
Maintenance Technology Certification – any certifications are a plus.

This position requires 10 plus years of hands-on industrial maintenance manufacturing experience. On site Monday through Friday day shift.
US citizenship, green card, perm resident, is required. A generous salary $30.00 - $40.00 hourly and benefits package will be provided. PTO, medical benefits, 401k, etc.
