Building Automation Controls Technician
My client is a top notch energy management company that is actively seeking Building Automation Controls Technicians. Someone who can troubleshoot, install, service and program building automation systems.
Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with customers and contractors in a professional manner.
- Perform DDC controls start-up, point to point, program downloads.
- Perform sequence testing of the download programs. Run through functional performance test plan. Make adjustments to FEC programming when needed.
- Interface with HVAC equipment start-up technicians to ensure proper interface and connection between DDC and equipment.
- Make clear and concise redlines on DDC shop drawings during start-up process.
- Verify wiring is installed correctly per our DDC shop drawings.
- Troubleshooting and repairing controllers, devices, and programming.
